Examples of our work

Through Tony’s Open Chain we work together with Tony’s Chocolonely to combat teen pregnancy in Ghana’s cocoa producing communities. We teach young people about their sexual and reproductive rights. That way, girls and young women get the strength and knowledge to make their own decisions and make their dreams come true.

Together with Prosus, we work to strengthen the digital and financial skills of women and young people in India, so they can play an active role in the country’s booming digital economy. Hence, we enable inclusive growth, reduce poverty and create better opportunities.

In the Dominican Republic and Thailand, we work with the TUI Care Foundation to prepare young people for a career in the tourism industry. They profit from vocational and life skills training. Together, we create opportunities for local communities and enable TUI to hire motivated and well educated employees.
